Institut IGH was contracted for the services of technical supervision and monitoring of works on removal of structures of the apartment resort B1, construction of new apartments B1, reconstruction of the restaurant and the pool and improvement of the surrounding area on the construction project for Amarin Tourist Resort in Rovinj. The value of total investment is HRK 120,000,000.00 and the project lasted from 2011 to 2013.
