Pursuant to the provisions of the Capital Market Act and the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, INSTITUT
IGH, d.d. Headquartered in Zagreb, Janka Rakuše 1, OIB: 79766124714. notifies that, due to difficult business
conditions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and measures taken to prevent the spread of the disease, it
will delay the publication of audited annual financial statements for 2019.
Namely, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which is still present in Russia and Georgia, and in which areas the
company conducts business, the company has difficulty communicating and collecting information necessary
for the preparation of financial statements. This also applies to other foreign markets in which the company
conducts its business activities.
The financial reports for the first quarter of 2020 were published within the prescribed deadline (May 29,
2020).
The Company is actively and in accordance with objective possibilities working on the preparation of audited
annual financial statements for 2019 and immediately after their preparation will convene a meeting of the
Supervisory Board to discuss them and convene the General Assembly where it will be noted.
The company will inform the investment public about this as soon as possible, immediately after the
preparation of the financial statements for 2019.
