PLIVA Hrvatska has built a new multipurpose production building for active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) with auxiliary facilities in Savski Marof, Croatia. The scope of the Project was planning, design, construction and equipping of buildings. The premises of the main building have the following uses: a non-production part with office spaces and control rooms and a space for multipurpose production sequences with clean rooms. Additional buildings are: · Tanks (swimming pools) with many various tanks, pumps, etc. · Power plant building. · Communal building. · Basins for receiving waste and incinerated water. · External tube bridges and roads with a large parking lot. The main production building is more than 12,000 m2 and was built as a reinforced concrete structure, while other (auxiliary) buildings were built as reinforced concrete structures with a total area of over 2,000 m2. The facilities have all the necessary infrastructure (according to usual and specific requirements). The following IGH services were provided: consulting services of a construction engineer and consulting services in the field of project management in all phases of the Project and included: · Aactivities during communication with the end user in defining and planning project tasks and plans; · Rreviewing and providing expert comments on the created project technical documentation; · Participation in communication with competent administration bodies while obtaining permits and inspections; · The creation of tender documents; carrying out the tendering procedure with the analysis of the bids received by other participants in the construction; · Participation in the negotiation process and contracting; · Coordination and active communication with project participants; · Monitoring and control of works execution and control of plans; · Advising Investors in the technical, legal and financial parts.
