About the position

We are looking for a responsible, motivated, and ambitious individual, dedicated to the position of Janitor (m/f).

Main responsibilities include:

• Performing minor caretaker, locksmith, and carpentry tasks,
• Filing collected documentation,
• Maintaining the environment and horticulture,
• Handling waste,
• Handling tested laboratory samples for sorting,
• Physical tasks (moving, delivery, etc.),
• Performing other daily tasks as well as additional tasks and duties according to the needs of the work process,
• Educating oneself in all segments of technical maintenance of buildings and the environment,
• Assisting in collecting data for records and reports.

Basic Requirements:

• Work experience,
• Organizational abilities,
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes,
• Communication skills.
