About the position
We are looking for a responsible, motivated, and ambitious individual, dedicated to the position of Independent Designer in the Department of Architecture and Spatial Planning (m/f).
Main responsibilities include:
- Preparing all types of project documentation in the field of architectural design,
- Collaborating with other professional executors within the organizational unit,
- Performing other tasks within their specialty in line with their education and experience.
Basic Requirements:
- University degree in architecture,
- Certified Architect,
- 10 years of work experience,
- Good knowledge of English language both spoken and written (A2/B1),
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD),
- Advantage: BIM modeling on the Revit platform,
- Excellent organizational abilities,
- Initiative and quick problem-solving skills,
- Persistence in achieving set goals,
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes,
- Developed communication skills.
