About the position
We are looking for a responsible, motivated, and ambitious individual, dedicated to the position of BIM Coordinator (m/f).
Main responsibilities include:
- Coordinating BIM processes across various sectors of the construction industry,
- Collaborating with different professionals to achieve optimal results on projects,
- Utilizing software, especially Civil 3D and Infraworks, for creating visualizations and conceptual designs,
- Participating in the creation and analysis of competition project proposals from conceptual to main project stages,
- Conducting internal and external BIM education sessions,
- Performing other daily tasks as well as additional duties and assignments as required in the workflow.
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working on civil engineering and construction projects,
- Willingness to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills,
- Strong communication skills and a focus on teamwork,
- Proficiency in working with Revit, and/or Navisworks, and/or Civil 3D, and/or Infraworks,
- Ability to coordinate BIM projects,
- Responsibility for conducting internal and external BIM education sessions,
- Ability to work independently,
- Proficiency in Croatian & English language,
- Communication and organizational skills.
