(u daljnjem tekstu Dru\u0161tvo) obavje\u0161tava\ninvesticijsku javnost da \u0107e uslijed ote\u017eanih uvjeta poslovanja uzrokovanih pandemijom COVID-19 i\nmjerama koje se poduzimaju radi spre\u010davanja \u0161irenja zaraze sa tom bole\u0161\u0107u, s odgodom ispuniti\npropisane obveze u vezi objave revidiranih godi\u0161njih financijskih izvje\u0161taja za 2019. godinu.\nNaime, uslijed pandemije COVID-19 koja je jo\u0161 uvijek prisutna na podru\u010dju Rusije i Gruzije, a na kojim\npodru\u010djima dru\u0161tvo obavlja poslovanje, dru\u0161tvo ote\u017eano komunicira i prikuplja informacije potrebne\nza sastav financijskih izvje\u0161taja. Navedeno se odnosi i na ostala vanjska tr\u017ei\u0161ta na kojima dru\u0161tvo\nobavlja svoju poslovnu aktivnost.\nFinancijske izvje\u0161taje za prvo tromjes\u010dje 2020. dru\u0161tvo je objavilo u propisanom roku (29.05.2020.)\nDru\u0161tvo aktivno i u skladu s objektivnim mogu\u0107nostima radi na izradi revidiranih godi\u0161njih financijskih\nizvje\u0161taja za 2019. godinu te \u0107e odmah po izradi istih sazvati sjednicu Nadzornog odbora na kojima \u0107e\no istima raspravljati te sazvati i glavnu skup\u0161tinu dru\u0161tva na kojoj \u0107e se isto primiti na znanje.\nDru\u0161tvo \u0107e u najskorijem roku, odmah po izradi financijskih izvje\u0161taja za 2019., o navedenom\nobavijestiti investicijsku javnost.<br \/>\nIGH, d.d. Headquartered in Zagreb, Janka Raku\u0161e 1, OIB: 79766124714. notifies that, due to difficult business<br \/>\nconditions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and measures taken to prevent the spread of the disease, it<br \/>\nwill delay the publication of audited annual financial statements for 2019.<br \/>\nNamely, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which is still present in Russia and Georgia, and in which areas the<br \/>\ncompany conducts business, the company has difficulty communicating and collecting information necessary<br \/>\nfor the preparation of financial statements.
