About the position
We are looking for a responsible, motivated, and ambitious individual, dedicated to the position of Supervisory Engineer and/or Assistant to the Supervisory Engineer (m/f).
Main responsibilities include:
- Performing the tasks of a supervisory engineer in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia and contractual obligations with clients / Assisting the supervisory engineer in overseeing infrastructure projects,
- Preparing documents and reports for specific segments of the work process,
- Timely and high-quality execution of assigned tasks by the project manager/supervisory engineer/consultant/designer on construction projects in Croatia and abroad,
- Participating in the work of project teams,
- Activities related to professional supervision in accordance with the Construction Act, technical consulting, quality assurance and supervision, specialized supervision during preparatory activities, production, and execution,
- Performing other tasks as instructed by the superior.
Basic Requirements:
- University degree; graduated civil engineer / Master of Engineering in Architecture and Urban Planning with 300 ECTS credits,
- With or without membership in the Croatian Chamber of Civil Engineers (HKIG),
- Knowledge of English (spoken and written) at level A2/B1,
- Proficiency in computer use (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD),
- Excellent organizational skills,
- Initiative and quick problem-solving,
- Persistence in achieving set goals,
- Flexibility and quick adaptation to changes,
- Strong communication skills,
- Driver's license (category "B"),
- Willingness to travel.
