The IGH Supervisory Board at the session confirmed the changes in the Management Board, thus assuming the role of IGH Director Robert Petrosian, a current member of the Board and director of IGH's branches in Russia and Georgia with more than 20 years of construction experience. Former CEO Oliver Kumrić will step down as CEO of Avenue Engineering and Construction, where he will be tasked with meeting the group's strategic goals in the global marketplace. The changes came into force as early as March 1, with the goal of making the transition as fast as possible, with a focus on continuing business activities and achieving business goals for both companies this year. Oliver Kumrić has also been nominated to join the IGH Institute's Supervisory Board at a meeting to be held in June this year.
